Business Development & Sales Executive
Join Mopshy at an early stage and help build our outbound sales engine from the ground up. You will work directly with the founder, speak with real prospects, test messaging, and turn conversations into qualified revenue opportunities.
First 3 months
Performance-based engagement. Commission only, with no fixed salary.
Possible full-time pathway
Approximately US$6,310-12,620 per year, equivalent to INR 6-12 lakh per annum. Performance-based; not guaranteed.
What you will own
- Research and identify high-fit prospects in India and international markets.
- Run personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and relevant communities.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects on need, decision process, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline movement through close.
- Test offers, messaging, scripts, and outreach angles with the founder.
Who we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers.
- High ownership, consistency, and resilience in outbound prospecting.
- Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach instead of sending generic messages.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, startups, SaaS, and business growth.
- Prior B2B sales or business development experience is helpful, but exceptional freshers may apply.
What success looks like
- Consistent prospecting and disciplined follow-up every working day.
- Growth in qualified calls, proposals, conversion rate, and closed revenue.
- Clean CRM hygiene, reliable follow-through, and clear ownership of targets.
Compensation & full-time path
The initial 3 months are commission-based, with no fixed salary. Commission terms, attribution rules, and payment timing will be shared before joining.
Top performers may be offered a full-time role at INR 600,000-1,200,000 per year (approximately US$6,310-12,620), depending on results, capability, experience, and role scope. Conversion is performance-based and not automatic.
USD figures are approximate reference equivalents, not a promise of payment in USD. Converted on October 14, 2026 at INR 95.09 per US$1 using the Wise mid-market rate. Exchange rates change.
