Spent years at Beats by Dre, Volvo, and HP watching businesses burn $30–50k on AI agencies that delivered demos, not results. 8+ years as a Senior Product Manager, CSPO-certified, with experience across SaaS, fintech, and growth-stage startups. Started Mopshy AI in 2020 with one rule: if it doesn't make or save you money, we don't ship it. Based in Pittsburgh, PA.

I didn't start Mopshy to build chatbots.

I started it because I kept watching the same story play out: business hires "AI agency," spends $30–50k, gets a system that looks great in demos but falls apart in production. Six months later, nobody uses it. The agencies didn't care. They got paid either way.

After years at Beats, Volvo, and HP — watching this pattern repeat — I realised the problem wasn't the technology. It was the incentives. Agencies sell deliverables. Nobody was selling outcomes.

So that's what Mopshy does: we build AI systems that tie directly to revenue. If it doesn't make or save you money, we don't ship it.
